Shipping, Returns & Store Policies

Please note that all handcrafted garments take up to 4 weeks to make before they will be shipped out.
All orders are sent within five business days once they are ready (unless otherwise stated) through Canada Post. You will receive a tracking number upon shipment. I am not responsible for loss, damage or theft of the package once it has shipped, shipping delays, or delays at Customs.
International orders are subject to local Duties/Taxes upon delivery and are the customer’s responsibility.
Orders placed within Calgary will be delivered within five business days once they are ready. Customers will be notified the day before delivery to confirm a safe space to leave the package if unavailable - please choose the Canadian shipping option if this is a concern and your order will be sent via Canada Post. Please note there is currently no pick-up option.

If you don’t love your full-priced garment, I am happy to offer you store credit on pieces in their original condition returned within 7 days of delivery. Store credits will be issued for the price paid for the garment only.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If your order qualified for free shipping but would not without the returned garments, the shipping fee will be subtracted from your store credit. If your order was local and was delivered for free, a $10 delivery/pick-up fee will be deducted from your store credit.
All styling sessions, gift cards, sale garments, & home & apothecary items are final sale.
The customer is responsible for all return shipping fees, and all return packages must be sent with tracking and insurance. Returns for local orders will be picked up on a date and time coordinated via email.
I do not offer refunds.
